Andy Spence was named as manager of Everton Ladies on 14 November 2012.
Prior to his appointment, Spence had been assistant manager of the Blues since 2004.
In that time, the Club lifted the FA Women's Cup in 2010, the League Cup in 2008 and finished runners-up in the Women's Premier League for five successive seasons under Mo Marley.
Holder of a UEFA A-Licence coaching badge, Spence coached Team GB to a bronze medal at the 2009 World University Games.
He has also held a role as director of the hugely successful Everton Centre of Excellence, which has produced the likes of Toni Duggan and Michelle Hinnigan.
Since the formation of the WSL in 2010, Spence had also taken on off-field duties under the position of general manager.
