The Centre of Excellence provides girls between the ages of U9s through to U17s the opportunity to work in an elite environment developing their technical, tactical, physiological, psychological and social skills.
At present the squads have full intakes at each age group- U9s, U11s, U13s, U15s and U17s. However on the granting of a new licence (which will be confirmed in May) trials for the 2013-14 season will be held during June.
At present we have 7 players who have graduated through the Centre of Excellence programme into the first team. Our Reserve team also contains 14 former Centre of Excellence players.
Numerous players have gone onto International selection during their time within the CoE programme and currently we have 2 Under 15s and 4 Under 17s players involved in the international squads.
Details for the trial process for the 2012-13 season will be released as soon as confirmation of a licence being granted in May so please keep checking the website for the latest details.
